This lot is directly on the cove with direct access to the TN River. The cove has a 4-mile stretch (depending on water levels) that makes for a great kayaking, and canoeing experience. Walk out of your RV, down your private path and onto the shore. A fire pit is located behind your RV allowing for a beautiful setting overlooking the water. A community boat launch is approximately 200 yards from your lot and shoring of your boat is possible in front of your lot. You are located directly across from the community park where there is a basketball court and swings. The community park also has 2 covered pavilions for entertainment of guests.
